Never. Nothing is removed, donated, or sold without your approval. You are always in control of the process.

We recycle whenever possible and donate usable items to trusted local charities. Clothing is given to appropriate community organizations. We make every effort to see items treated with respect.

We take special care with meaningful items. If you’re unsure about something, we set it aside until you’re ready to decide.

You’re welcome to be involved as much — or as little — as you prefer. Many clients choose to be present at first and step back once they feel comfortable.

Yes. We often work with families and are happy to communicate with adult children or trusted representatives to help make the transition easier for everyone.

In many cases, payment can be made when the home sells. We’re happy to explain options and answer questions in advance.
